Thanks so much for the rental. The whole process was very quick and efficient. the staff were great, provided some great ride options, and info about the town. most importantly, the bike was a quality ride that got me up and down some terrific climbs. i′d definitely recommend Prompt and would rent again if I come back.

i RECENTLY CAME TO BOURGS D′OSAINS FOR A THREE DAY CYCLING AND RENTED A BIKE THROUGH PROMPT. THE BIKE WAS A PRETTY DECENT CARBON FRAMED ONE WITH ULTEGRA AND GOOD VALUE. THE STAFF ON CHECK IN WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ALSO HELPED OUR PARTY WHEN OUR SUITCASE WITH HELMETS AND SHOES DIDNT ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT WITH US! THE BIKE FELT GOOD AND GOT ME UP ALPE D′HUEZ AND THE CROIX DE FER AMONG OTHERS. THE ONLY SLIGHTLY SOUR NOTE WAS ONE OF OUR PARTY BEING CHARGED 40 EUROS FOR TWO VERY SMALL MARKS ON THE BIKE - YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR tS&CS A BIT CLEARER BUT EVEN SO I THOUGHT THAT WAS A BIT HARSH. THE GUY WHO CHECKED US BACK IN WAS QUITE ABRUPT ALSO. HAVING SAID THAT, THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD AND V GOOD VALUE. WE GOT SOME GOOD ADVICE ON ROUTES TO TAKE ALSO. CHEERS (DONT KNOW WHY I′M BEING FORCED TO WRITE IN CAPITALS!)

Great 4 day long weekend′s worth of hire of Phil′s Prompt road bikes. Excellent service. Bike RAN brilliantly. Perfect set up for the high mountains. Thank Heavens for that big old granny Gear! Good advice from Phil on routes - Villard reculas and Pas De La Confession was awesome and stunning. Will be back again soon.

hI pHIL, Theprompt d211 bike I hired was top class & I cannot fault the quality at all. however i would like to have spent a bit more time getting the bike fit just right. i have reccomended your prompt bike hire to others considering a trip to the french alps in 2015 .hopefully for the next trip i will be brave enough to bring my own bike.

Bike was delivered up to my hotel in Alpe d′Huez as arranged. Was probably the first hire of the year! Bike was immaculate and Phil sorted my pedals and suggested various routes fOr me in the week I had the bike. Met me at the end and drove me back up to my hotel. All in all first class service, super bike and great routes. Many thanks!

My friends and had a magnificent time riding in the Alps. I would recommend to anyone thinking of doing a cycling holiday to leave their bike at home and rent one from Prompt. It made travelling half way across the world exceptionally easy. Plus the hire bikes were perfect for long days in the mountains.

In August this year my son-in-law and myself hired two PROMPT bikes from yourselves. Our flight was delayed so we were running late. The young person in the shop was very helpful in getting our pedals and measurements adjusted even although it was getting close to closing time. The bikes performed very well with no problem. Completed all negotiations re time, pickup on the web. Bikes were in top condition with personal adjustments done willingly at time of pickup. Given handy local area tips from Theo [very helpful]. Survived our 2 week riding adventures in the Bourg d′Oisans area including all major climbs without a problem. Would hire again without hesitation.

I have done both the Marmotte tour and the Giro Tour last year. The support is first class and the company excellent. Phil supported all abilities to achieve the toughest climbs in the Tour De France from the fittest to the less fit - ie me. I am returning next year to do Paris Roubaix and would recommend 21 Bends to passionate cyclists of all abilities!

I did rent a bike for the alpe DuZes 2013. Is was a perfect bike. Very stiff frame Good brakers and gears Well maintained and set-up Pedal fit to my own shoes Good service Next year i will join the alpe DuZes again and rent my a bike at prompt.cc again. Regards Gerard klein
